Progress is well underway on our new-build dwelling in the Hampstead Conservation Area, and we’re excited to share a few highlights from site.
The ground and first floor brickwork is progressing beautifully, with reconstituted stone detailing now being installed. A huge amount of care has gone into setting out the English bond brickwork, with carefully selected tones and textures to complement the surrounding historic properties. The stone banding, window surrounds, and the brick finish is forming the architectural character we envisioned in the technical design stage.
Above ground, Level 01 and 02 structural steelwork and slabs are in progress, with another pour of concrete scheduled before the end of the week. It’s beginning to feel like a real home, which has been years in the making for our clients.
