Securing planning permission is a major milestone, but the real work begins when turning approved concepts into a buildable reality.
For our residential development project in Essex, we are currently working through the planning conditions requested by Chelmsford City Council. The conditions required to be addressed prior to commencement have now been submitted. Our goal is to ensure everything is fully prepared to break ground on-site later this year.
Right now, our focus is on final items of the coordination. We are collaborating closely with our specialist consultants GEARED Consulting Partnerships and TBK PROJECTS, to turn the approved planning concepts into an accurate, practical set of working drawings.
Over the coming weeks, our studio will be focusing on the ensuring SAPs, overheating and thermal bridging calculations are prepared. This ensures a smooth transition through Building Control submission and gives the construction team clear instructions to build from later this year.
