We are pleased to share that we are currently preparing the design and planning submission for a new residential project in Croxley Green, Herts.
The proposal focuses on a significant enhancement of the property through a single-storey rear extension and we are exploring options for a two-storey side extension and/or hip-to-gable roof extension including a rear dormer. These additions are designed to extend the home’s footprint, providing additional space require for a family of 5, while ensuring the new volumes sit in harmony with the existing character of the site.
As part of our brief, we are also refining the internal layouts to ensure the new spaces integrate seamlessly with the original house, improving the overall flow and functionality for the family.
