What a year it’s been at For the Senses. As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the progress, partnerships, and projects that have shaped the past 12 months.
Throughout the year, we’ve shared updates – from a new build home under construction in Hampstead, an extension and renovation project Islington, to housing developments in Barnet and Essex, and transformative residential projects including our Cricklewood conversion and a HMO upgrade in Kensington.
We have had numerous planning approvals and have now experience in 27 out of the 32 London Boroughs. We have built experience with successful BSR applications for renovations to high risk buildings, and worked in the commercial sector updates to a retail centre in Hounslow and some contracts for NHS Ambulance Service.
Each has reflected our commitment to thoughtful architecture and the craft behind bringing meaningful spaces to life and a return on investment to our clients.
We’re deeply grateful to our clients, and the many consultants we regularly work with. Thank you for your trust, shared vision, and passion for design. Your support has made this year both productive and inspiring.
