We are proud to be the architects on a major renovation project in Hertfordshire, taking a 1950s property in Hertfordshire and delivering the planning and technical drawings to make the transformation happen.
Prior to work starting on site, our team handled the RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design, which includes:
– The structural coordination for the part two-storey side/rear extension and part single-storey rear extension, including brick detailing features on the front elevation.
– The layouts and fire escape routes following the internal reconfiguration.
– The specifications for walls, roofs, floors and door and window replacements.
