Our refurbishment project to a period property in Islington has been granted planning
approval.
Located in the Barnsbury Conservation Area the proposal returns the property into a single
dwelling linking the basement apartment with the upper level floors of the three-storey
house.
We will be adding a rear extension at the lower ground level, creating a large kitchen and
entertainment space with an improved connection to the south facing garden.
