We’re pleased to share that we are currently preparing the design and planning submission for a single-storey rear extension and side infill extension to a traditional Victorian terraced house in Forest Gate, Newham.
The project includes a full internal reconfiguration to improve daylight, flow and functionality for modern family living. There is also potential for a side extension into the alleyway, subject to approval.
Following planning, we’ll be progressing to the technical design and Building Control stages.
It’s always rewarding to work with the character and constraints of period properties while finding sensitive ways to add contemporary space and performance.
