We are excited to share another project, following planning approval from Welwyn Hatfield Council.
The recent approval of our design and planning submission means the project now moves forward with proposals for a two-storey rear extension, garage conversion, new doors and windows, and a complete internal reconfiguration, all carefully considered to bring in more natural light, improve functionality, and make far better use of the existing space.
What makes this project particularly rewarding is the opportunity to bring new, architectural quality to a 1950s home. The brief focusses on delivering a design that is buildable, using robust, straightforward materials chosen for their durability and integrity.
The real challenge, and the joy of the project, lies in enhancing a modest 1950s structure through thoughtful, accessible design that balances practicality with strong architectural character.
