We’re delighted to share that construction has officially begun on our Victorian property project in Stoke Newington.
Following planning approval from Hackney Council, work is underway on a lower ground floor extension and a dormer extension. We’re pleased to be partnering with Horus Construction to bring the design to life.
As the project entered RIBA Stage 5 Construction, our role shifted to Contract Administrator. We are carrying out regular site inspections, monitoring progress, managing variations, and ensuring every aspect of the design is delivered to the highest standard.
This is one of our favourite stages of any project, seeing months of careful planning transform into a beautifully crafted space. Once construction is complete, we’ll continue supporting the project through RIBA Stage 6 Handover, overseeing the final details and snagging to help achieve the best possible finish.
