We’re pleased to share progress on one of our current projects in Haringey, located within a conservation area close to the beautiful Alexandra Palace Park.
Following a successful planning approval from Haringey Council, Building Control has now given the green light to proceed with works. The proposals include a single-storey rear extension, a loft extension, and internal reconfiguration to create two self-contained apartments.
The project is currently out to tender, with construction targeted to commence on site this Spring.
We’re looking forward to seeing this project progress into the construction phase over the coming months.
