We have been appointed to redevelop a Grade II listed building in central Banbury, which was formerly part of an established hotel. We’re proposing to retain a flexible commercial space at street level (Class E) while converting the upper floor into a two-bedroom residential unit.
Our design aims to breathe new life into this historic property, carefully balancing heritage preservation with functionality. The mixed use development meets local planning policy by contribute to the vitality of the town centre.
We have received positive feedback following a pre-application enquiry with Cherwell Council, and we look forward to progressing with the full planning application in the New Year.
