We are seeking an CIAT Architectural Technologist to join our team in Hackney, London.

We work with developers and private clients to realise the potential of thoughtful, intelligent design on creating residential and commercial spaces that people love.
We are looking for a talented and committed team member with the drive and professionalism to work in a vibrant team and deliver multiple projects independently. We are building for the long term and we offer opportunities to grow within the company.
The role requires a CIAT qualification, ideally two-five years’ experience in UK practice, including residential projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a professional level of written and spoken English is essential.
The role:
- CIAT qualified with minimum 2-5 years UK experience
- Responsible for the delivery of technical design on projects
- Responsible for running multiple projects
- Developing practice technical drawing and detail standards
- Working closely together with Director and other team members
- Attending site inspections
- Leading the practice CPD into modern methods of construction
- Passivhaus qualification preferable
The person:
- Passionate about architecture
- Ambitious with interest in Passivhaus training
- Approachable and comfortable with clients and consultants
- Looking for a long term role
- Proficient in Revit – interview process will include test
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of detailing
- Residential experience preferable
- Manages time and meets deadlines
- Professional level of written and spoken English
